How do I use my rewards?
We will send you an email containing your reward. In your next purchase, once you're ready to checkout, copy the code and enter it into the ‘Discount Code’ box on the Order Summary page.
Is there a minimum spend?
No! You earned them, they're yours to spend as you wish.
When will my rewards expire?
Your rewards will expire 3 months from the date they were earned. Rewards are issued once your order has been dispatched.
When will I receive my Birthday Gift, and how do I redeem it?
We'll email you a few days before your birthday with a special discount code just for you, and again before it expires.
When do I get my voucher?
You'll receive an email with the voucher 2–3 days after your order has been dispatched.
